I am giving 2 stars because the front desk person was the only staff that gave 100%. It was our first time and my son's first cut after 2 yrs. Since its a kid friendly salon, I expected stylists to be friendly as well. The stylist rushed the cut, did not try to talk to my son at all. My son was crying the whole time and obviously uncomfortable and scared of the stylist. Carolyn is the BEST! She is patient with scared or screaming children and gets the job done so quickly and beautifully. My son's love this place and refuse to go anywhere else. THANKS SO MUCH CAROLYN! And Jenna is so sweet at the front and so helpful and kind. Thanks so much to this wonderful team

Staff is nice, courteous and patient. My chold LOVES Medina. My only issue is the Cookie Cutter App is complete garbage!! Multiple times I've had to call and confirm my appointment and find out there is no appointment in their system - but I have email confirmation. I've has situations where i am physically in the store, with my app opened and it says i have an appointment, but nothing on their end. This needs to be improved ASAP!!
