No customer service whatsoever. I had an appointment for 4:30, walked in at 4:25 just as the hairdresser was taking another customer (there was only one person working in there!), sat there for 20 minutes and was not acknowledged even once so I did the reasonable thing and walked out. Will not be giving my money to someone so rude! Definitely will not be going back!

Not a professional stylist, brought in two kids both were left dirty filled with hair. And the oldest was standing the whole time while hair stylist sat on the chair. I would recommend a little professionalism in the salon

Took my Great Nephew in yesterday, the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding!! My Nephew is on the spectrum and Carolyn knew just what to do to not only make him comfortable but make him happy. He was smiling the whole time. I highly recommend this place for your kids next haircut!

Came all the way from the Bronx for my 6 yr old son's first official haircut and it was an AMAZING experience! My son is on the spectrum so we were a bit anxious but our stylist Carolyn was an absolute dream! She was so sweet, patient and gave my son a beautiful cut! The receiptionist was also super sweet and professional! Would highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely love the atmosphere and energy of this children’s salon! The waiting area is brightly colored and has an activity table where your child can color, draw, puzzles etc. Moving to the salon area, all chairs are shaped like a vehicle and the stylist lets your little one choose which ride they’d like to have their cut in. Each vehicle had their own iPad streaming age appropriate shows and the staff was so friendly! We had Carolyn who was an absolute doll!
