Small old outdated office. Both the doctor and his staff’s bedside manner needs improvement as well as the office’s aesthetic. They only take cash or checks, so I’m unable to use my HSA card. I’ve changed to a different urologist.
They are unprofessional and do not answer questions thoroughly
Just called their clinic to find out the name of their doctor at their office and the receptionist was taken aback that I wanted to know the name of their doctor and was pretty rude. Glad I can't go there because they don't take my insurance.
