Set up an appointment on Thursday for the next Tuesday to have a wiring harness installed. Showed up for my appointment and they never ordered the part and told me it would take a couple days for it to come in, and couldn't guarantee it would get in before Friday when I have to have it installed by.
Amazing staff and they do it right the first time
These guys are fantastic! They do all sorts of body work on trailers *and* vehicles. They did a hitch for my Sportage: a perfect, solid job, just what I wanted. A couple of weeks later, they installed a wheelchair lift on my Sportage: work they had never done before! They did it perfectly! Labor rates are competitive with every other shop in town, and they'll work with you on rates for custom jobs. I can't reccomend these folks more highly!
If the first encounter is an indicator of what's to come, it's going to work out great. Professional and personable. I'm confident they can fix my trailer.
