Love this place! I trust them with all my autos needs, we have been customers for many years and have always had a great experience
We had a brake job done here. When we got out car back the brakes were still making noise after 2 days and to top it off our right wheel was missing 2 lug nuts and the post on one of them had been sawed completely OFF!! We drove this car to Gatlinburg and back and only when I was following my husband to have some other work done elsewhere did I notice that tire wobbling and then had to pay for that repair after paying for the shoddy brake job!! NEVER AGAIN will I go to Cookeville, TN Goodyear.
