We rented a space here for my college kid to store stuff over the summer. It could not have been easier. The staff is fantastic. The process was easy. The price reasonable. I wish I could give it more than five stars. Thank you for making the process so seamless.

Were do I start! There are so many good things to say about Cookeville Self Storage. They been great to me and my family! We have rented three units and they have been exceptional. Also a very special thanks to Laura for her fantastic customer service. She always took time to answer any questions that I have. Most importantly, she always greeted me with a smile!!

It was horrible I’m a lineman out of state was told to book online. I did just that on a climate controlled unit that was inside to put my equipment in. After the fact of paying I was told I wasn’t allowed to have a combination lock for my lineman to have access to the unit. Given I did use a few foul words to being irritated the experience was more than horrible

This place is AMAZING! The lady here donated 4 boxes and multiple bags of toys, clothes, blankets, and food to my companies toy and coat drive this year and they are just some of the nicest people I've ever met!!! I for one will be doing as much business with them as I can!
