My friend Dr. James Cates is a great man and my friend for 50years.. I took my brother to Dr. Cates who help my brother. The problem stated with Cookeville Pathology Laboratory who did a lab test on my brother. For two months I have tried to explain they are billing for their work to the wrong address and even had Satellite Med call about the address correction. How they are putting my brother out for collection who has no money, job, because they will not bill the Trust for the work. I sure hope Mike Hall or Bud Simpson see... read more
