The work was good but the service was not. The main appraiser (I think his name is Tom) tried to bully me into singing that my truck was done when it was not done. He was rude and unprofessional. The truck still needed a bed cap rail (which is required for me to use my tonneau cover). I told him I was not going to sign until the truck was complete.
