Very unpleasant experience with this group. They quickly tried to sell me the most expensive hearing aids on their list, and did not have any helpful knowledge about whether insurance might help or not. But WORST of ALL, was that though they turned their fee into my insurance company, they did not alert me to that fact that the insurance company declined to pay their full fee. Instead, they turned me into a collection agency and WITHOUT WARNING. I find that contemptible, and will tell others to stay away from this outfit... read more
