I recently took my car in for service, and once again had a great experience. Dan, the manager, was amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even though the shop seemed very busy, the entire team still took the time to provide excellent customer service and make sure everything was handled properly. Took 4 new tires and 4 empty wheels (with new 2 1/2" valve stems installed, because that was the length I needed to accommodate the wheel covers) to them to be mounted. In the process, they damaged one of the valve stems and replaced it with a 2" item. I discovered this a couple of days after installing the wheels on the trailer, when I was installing the wheel covers.
