I have been seeing Dr.Cooke for over 10 years she has been ok! I recently got laid off and havent had inc. I saw her three months ago because she wouldnt refill my Thyriod med. Unless i did! So i had to pay $100 for her to continue to refill. I aslo take med for my headaches, she now denied my requests for a refill and told the pharmacist to put a note , that maybe I should find a new doctor! Wow thats how your treated if you lose your inc! We know what she only cares about, not her patiants!!

I made an appointment to go over my hormone level - when I started asking questions about other medication she stated she only did one care item per visit. I thought it was a fluke or how I set up the original appointment however my Daughter just experienced the same thing. She made the apt for birth control and when she asked about migraine medicine she was told the apt was not for that and she only does on item per visit. In my eyes she wants more insurance for another visit.

I needed a referral for my insurance in order to have a basic mid pregnancy ultrasound. I called the office referral line 3 weeks in advance and heard nothing back. I called the specialist and my insurance and no referral had been sent over and there was no notice why or why not. I called again and they said I needed to come in, which was very big hassle because it was the day before the apt by then (today). At the apt (45 min away) I was informed they might not have the referral ready in time.
