Left a VETERAN without a rental ,then cancels my insurance policy owe me 1200.00 over payment and 5600.00 since the accident on November 25. I get my pay out from ICPEI at the office on Ponell street location because that gave me a restraining order. Think again ANYONE WHEN SHELLY COOK WAS THERE IT WAS FANTASTIC. very ignorant people!!
I've has two incidents in the last month, I've yet to receive a payment schedule, yet they keep taking unreasonable amounts of money from my account. No letters to notify me, just a cold response when I inquire. I'm disappointed as I've been with them for 18 years. I recommend going elsewhere as they can't even give insurance cards you need to call and hound them.
