They are the AA agents. I had a break down and their service was fantastic. They did all they could to get the problem sorted out. Fantastic team. Thanks
Unprofessional service. Thrifty company doesnt invest into basic tools. Couldnt perform task. As part of the AA breakdown cover Cooke Howlison were subcontracted to assist. When refuelling at an unmanned petrol station, our car locked us out with the key being inside the ignition. Not being prepared to be exposed to the cold for so long, we waited for about 1 hour for Cooke Howlison to arrive.
