I am confused as to why as a New Customer needing Power that I have to pay 3460.00 for a transformer that I cant service, or take with me when I move. It is absolutely ridiculous 4,300.00 just to get started and that only gives you 10 feet of wire from their pole to yours then you have to run the rest on your own. UGH
Rates are higher than other companies and there isn't any other options. They basically have a monopoly and you are forced to pay the higher rates or go without heating or air conditioning.
I would like to speak to a manger asap!! One of your trucks was riding my ass cutting me off. Stomping on his brakes. And bright lighting me. This happened on dec/8th 2017 at 5:30p.m - 5:50 p.m. this should not happen to anyone!!
