This place is a joke. I got a stomach bug and had to miss work for a legitimate illness, and they fired me over it! No warning, no understanding—just gone. It’s clear they don’t care about their employees, only that you show up no matter how sick you are. I guess they’d rather have someone throwing up on the job than treating their workers like actual humans. Terrible management, zero compassion. Stay far away unless you enjoy being treated like you're disposable.

I give Carlyle Senior Care a five star rating! I would give them more if I could. My father was there for a little over a year before he passed away this week. The staff and the caregivers took great care of my Daddy and you could tell that they genuinely loved him! They are a special group of people that will forever be family to us! I highly recommend Carlyle Senior Care in Florence!
Horrible was not please at all the nurses don't answer phone when you try to check on relatives. Relatives say they don't get treated right get treated like CRAP!! THIS PLACE WILL NOT GET MY VOTE IF THEY HAD A HALF OF A STAR I would of rate them just that!!
