Was recommended by a co-worker to try Cook Vet clinic. Have had 3-4 visits and have been very happy with the people and service. Also they do their best to keep costs down and accommodate your wishes. I never have "Sticker Shock" here, they are very reasonable and that is important to everyone now days! Used to bring my cat here, last two times I've called to schedule anything or even ask questions about pet history. They have been nothing but absolutely rude. Last time I visited, I asked them to check my pet for ear mites just for them to ignore it, by saying not enough black stuff in her ear and for it to get worse. Terrible service, neglectful.
Not happy with this place. My grandparents chose this vet for their dog. She never was around anyone but my grandparents and her breed is small and can be territorial/aggressive so naturally she wasn't the nicest for strangers, which is something a vet office should be trained to handle. My dog was having stomach issues and they were able to see her the same day I called. Everyone was very friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
