Excellent staff and excellent care during a very difficult time with our pet. Lacey is EVERYTHING. I can never thank her enough for her kindness and compassion. I’ll recommend Cook to anyone!
I used to bring my cat here. The last two times I've called to schedule anything or even ask questions about her pet history, They have been nothing but absolutely rude. Last time I visited, I asked them to check my pet for ear mites just for them to ignore it, by saying not enough black stuff in her ear and for it to get worse. Terrible service, neglectful.
My dog was attacked by my neighbor’s dog, which was a pitbull bulldog. My dog was pretty beat up so I took him to Cooks. I thought he was gonna have to be put down because the injuries were so bad.. It broke my heart. They were very kind and gentle and asked if they could do an assessment first, They said that they were pretty sure that they could patch my dog up So that he wouldn’t have to be put down. Was recommended by a co-worker to try Cook Vet clinic. Have had 3-4 visits and have been very happy with the people and service. Also they do their best to keep costs down and accommodate your wishes. I never have "Sticker Shock" here, they are very reasonable and that is important to everyone now days! Long term update- The vet service was good when I started. But after (3) different interactions I have decided to change vets.
