Poor service and follow up. Been watching slow oil leek with the Glenwood dealer and these guys didn’t even mention it. I asked for an issue to be addressed and was told the part was on back order. I’ve had to follow up twice to see if the parts in with no call back or follow up over the last 3-4 months.
Found ourselves in a predicament while visiting the family in Routt County. Needed to get a dependable truck ASAP.. Meg, Bryan and Brad literally worked day in and day out to take care of us and find something we were comfortable with financially. I’d HIGHLY recommend Meg (a fellow Buckeye) when you’re in the market. She literally has become a friend thru this process that I normally hate to participate in!
Megan was great and helped us find the right Subaru for our needs in less than a day! Highly recommend.
Just purchased my first ever new car and I can not imagine having a better experience! The staff was all very kind, accommodating and made sure the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!
