I recently purchased a Subaru Outback XT from Ian “Wolf” Woelfel. Initially, I had intended to buy a Subaru WRX; my heart was set on that vehicle. Wolf was willing to sell me the WRX and said as much, but he pointed out the low ground clearance and said it could be a problem for my commute from Craig. Tried to contact this dealership/service center to have my car repaired and they told me that they “preferred” to not replace a bumper on a 2022 Subaru Outback and wanted me to go somewhere else. The service manager confirmed that these third party companies would have to get the bumper from THEM to complete the project. As much as you all up charge for vehicles you can definitely afford to shovel your sidewalks when it snows. Drive elsewhere for service and buying. Cheapskates
Dario went so far as to pick me up in town when I told him my ride cancelled on me. Between his friendly, humorous disposition and concise, informed service, I was incredibly satisfied with this experience. He had the Carfax printed up before I even had to ask and he thoroughly explained every part of the process in a patient and kind way, as this was my first time with a dealership. Definitely would recommend Dario and this dealer :)
