I recently purchased my second car From Wolf In sales. I house and maintain both cars at my home in Steamboat. I cannot say enough about Wolf as to his knowledge and willingness to knock himself out even after the sale! Both car buying experiences and service experiences over the years have been top shelf. I’ve been a guest here multiple times 100% of the experiences here have left me wanting more. Ive been told multiple times someone would call me back and no one does. On multiple occasions Ive shown up to pick up my vehicle exactly when they said it would be ready and am left standing around for 20, 40, or 120 minutes (sitting that time) Sometimes I even state clearly that I’d like to have a specific thing fixed, leave my car, come back, and they tell me “this thing is broken and needs to be fixed” which I of course already ... read more
Wolf goes the extra mile with customer service and they always try to make sure I have a loaner available when my Ascent needs service. Parts and labor can be a bit expensive, but it is always quality work done on my vehicle. Would buy another car from them anytime.
