My mom used them for siding and windows. Had issues with siding and windows, she called and was told we will get back to you. Called several more times and no return calls. Never got warranty paperwork when installed and could care less to take care of customers. My advice is find another installer.
We hired Cook siding for our house project we had 26 windows installed and new vinyl sidings. They worked weekends and even on a holiday to get the job done. The finished product was above and beyond our expectations. This may have been completed years ago, but I didn’t understand the struggle of dealing with contractors until recently. Wish we could have hired them for our current home projects but don’t think they would travel the 2600 miles to Maine.

"Fantastic Company and Employees" We were looking for seamless steel siding and Cook Siding in Wall Lake was recommended. Troy came out and answered questions and follow up questions. Very knowledgable. We got 3 quotes and went with Cook due to product, reputation and price. Received call to install and due to good weather got started in a very short time. We recently received a quote and the new siding was on our house six week later! The gentlemen that installed our new siding were exceptional! The siding looks wonderful! Robert and John were kind and went above and beyond to make our home look beautiful. They made me feel comfortable and listened to my questions and guided me with their extensive experience.
