Mike, Austin and Chet are the most amazing people. Thorough work, kind individuals, caring. You can really Tell they love their job. We can’t thank them enough for all the kindness they have shown our family and great work they did!
We had our leach field fail over the winter after 45 years. (can't complain about the unusual lifespan of the previous system!) We called Cooks after seeing all their positive reviews and I'm glad we did. Mike and his team were amazing to work with. Incredibly talented machine operators and very personable and accommodating. Mike was very thorough in explaining how the new system works and future maintenance.
