Consumer Beware especially residential customers Very poor customer service ! We order glass which was damaged and we were not afforded the opportunity to inspect it prior to our transporting it to our house. When we opened it at home, there was an imperfection which Cooks claims they are not liable for. Then, after the fact, we are told that they would have delivered it for $50.00 service charge, which would have put the care and liability on them. Now we have $220.00 piece of junk. Thanks for the heads up ! Never again !
