Have been going to Dr. Cook since the 1970's and cannot ask for a better Doctor / Person. His nurses are the best! Dianne and Ashley make you feel comfortable and like you are their only patient. I recently had a particularly complicated issue and Ashley went out of her way to solve the problem to a positive outcome. Dr. Cook, hang in there and don't retire yet!
