I have been trying for some years to consolidate my medical records, including from a period when I had a doctor that practised at this clinic (she left the country some years back). From 2018 onwards I was merely told (and not always directly) that the clinic did not have them, even though my former doctor surrendered them to the clinic when leaving the country. Yes. It clearly says walk in clinics at your building. Why you don't accept walk ins? You guys are money making machines. Not real doctor. Don't care about sick patients..so bad
Doctor and staff were compassionate and reassuring.
