2026.07.27 Dr. Bozreiba called to apologize for the misunderstanding of the phone consultation for prescription refills, of being charged CAD 250 and reversing the charge. That was very kind and considerate. I need a proactive medical staff, being kind but not proficient doesn't cut it. 2026.07.24 Dr. Bozreiba has a pleasant personality but lacks proficiency as a doctor for my medical needs. On the inital consultation in 2026 January, I requested a referral for a liver specialist, there is a long waiting period for any specialist in Canada. I learned in 2026 July she never sent the referral for a liver specialist and offered no explanation, but did send a referral 2026 July, there goes 6.5 months of waiting in the queue.
