We moved into Chase Crossing 4 months ago. Our townhouse was new and we were the first to move in. The townhouse is large enough for us and the area is beautiful. So close to shops and restaurants also. When we need any kind of repairs, they get to them as soon as possible. The technician is very friendly and is quick in fixing any issues, if any. Tonia is just a phone call away and is very friendly and professional! This is a nice place to rent from!!
Our family is very pleased with Cook Residential. Their team was very kind and responsive as we considered and settled on Chase Crossing for our residence. We enjoy our town home, the neighborhood is quiet and clean, and residents in the neighborhood are respectful and friendly. The location is perfect for accessibility to living conveniences and main roads while maintaining a small town feel. Definitely recommend!

It gives me peace of mind knowing things are handled so efficiently. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a great place to come home to.
