I wish I had read the previous reviews on this establishment before I put a deposit down. I was told by their sales person that I would have my shed, which is on their lot (not being built in another state) the following week. Eight days later, I still have not been contacted and given a delivery date. I did speak to somebody in scheduling and he told me that the truck was full, which I don’t understand also because if your truck is full, and you’re heading south and delivering sheds by the time you get to my area that truck... read more
Just had my new shed delivered and I am thoroughly satisfied. It was built to my specs in the time they promised and delivered as scheduled. I purchased a shed from Cook ten years ago and have been extremely pleased with it so I returned to them for a similar building. The people I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Their delivery driver (Chris) was also very friendly and highly proficient, unloading the shed, moving it down my curving 200 ft driveway and placing it exactly where I wanted it. Bought a carport and in two weeks was installed. Customer service was excellent and install crew very professional. Thank you very much for my new carport.
Buy your shed somewhere else!!!! For the money I spent I can not believe what they delivered to my house. There is not only absolutely no quality control but the delivery driver can’t even level the shed properly. Whoever is in charge of quality control at the manufacturing plant must literally be blind to have let this shed leave the facility. Then there is Brandon the delivery driver. Terrible workmanship also they lied to us Do not buy from them they just repaired it it’s January 30 2025 just received a call to see how satisfied we are are they that blind and don’t look at reviews or care about there customers the name should be crooked sheds not cook sheds Sebring Florida coast me over $35000 dolllors to replace and The guy at the front desk said it’s not my problem NEVER DO ANY business with them terrible company
