I was treated like family. I got my food to go but my next time I will be dining in for the warm feeling from staff the cleanest of the dining room and the great food. Thank you again
On vacation and been to this location 3 times. They have failed to get my order right 3 times. Putting bacon on my burger when I don’t eat pork and I didn’t order bacon on the burger. I didn’t notice until I took a bite. Giving me 2 cheese quesadillas when I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. Giving me 2 quesadillas with no queso sauce on them. Drive thru never gets my order right. I asked for items on burger and they are never there. No ketchup for fries no napkins , no silverware or straw! Happens all the time! Food quality is not what it used to be. Disappointed with Cookout lately.
The only thing I will ever get from this location is the milkshake. Customer service sucks. Manager is rude. And the menu board is not specific. If a customer says they want a cheese fry why not ask small or large if there are two different sizes? The menu board only lists one price. And I’ve never been asked to specify a size. Will not be returning. It came in a hotdog container for 3.79 with cheese only on 5 fries. Sad. 0/10 🤮
