Four of us went here on 5/29 and ordered burgers and chicken with fries etc. The food was AWFUL! Burger meat tasted old, chicken tasted like oil it was cooked in was old. Onion rings were too hard and so were the fries. The young woman at the window was rude and seemed annoyed we asked for salt and pepper. We went to Cookout because we thought it was a known entity but quality was so poor compared to the places in Knoxville. We threw out most of the food it was a waste of money!
Excellent milkshakes
I just went through the drive thru today at 12:40pm( Sunday May 31st 2026) The short light skin girl with the lace front that looks like its peeling up has a nasty disposition. She does not greet you doesn't say thank you or nothing just nasty and rude every time she up there working. No customer service at all, trash!
