More bun than burger, cold limp fries. This was my first time at cookout. Maybe a different Location would have been better?
My food has never been right from this location on #8. I'm completely disgusted, and I love Cookout. I've given it multiple chances. And to get attitude back as a response is pitiful. I've never had this problem at any other location.
