Ordered a chicken tender meal for a relative on 7/10/2025 & the tenders were tough, one was very short/burnt, and just did not taste good. I brought the meal inside & spoke to a short, hispanic manager and all she did was swapped out TWO of the 5 chicken tenders instead of just making the entire meal over fresh. My relative still wasn't satisfied with the taste, so I went back inside for a refund and the same manager told me that she could not refund me because she had already tried to make it right.
