There's always a line at Cook Out. The thing is that the line doesn't sit still. There's a brief pause but line moves. The food is excellent and staff are friendly. You owe it to yourself to at least try their shakes. Awesome
Best milkshakes ever!!
I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Cook Out in Washington, NC tonight around 11 PM. The service was absolutely outstanding. I love banana and cheesecake, and Juwlz went completely above and beyond—she actually suggested and made me a custom banana pudding cheesecake milkshake. It was phenomenal. What really stood out was that it was late, close to closing, when most people are just trying to get out of there—but she wasn’t rushing at all. While the food is of typical quality in comparison to other Cookouts, this location seems to get orders wrong more often than not, even when asked to correct them! Don’t leave the parking lot without checking your food first every time!
Amazing wait time. By the time I paid my food was ready. Then I took a bite and saw this lol. I really don’t mind waiting for food to be made right
