This restaurant is very difficult ordering.. if it's not other customers knowing the window process and then exiting! All bad!! Service would be decent but it appears they have a few good apples amongst a bad bag!
I love getting the milkshake, they are more like ice cream in a cup, but ooh so good., and the other food on the menu, very good as well
Our tea tasted like soap, must of cleaned. They forgot half of our order. Corporate really needs to pay this place a visit and do a quality check because something is not working. Save yourself the disappointment and go to another cookout or fast food place.
Cookout in Oxford does a great job, these days. One caveat: just always put the box in a bag. Is it really that expensive? Don't want to put he utensils in the bag and then the box? Still put the box in a bag and hand it out the window. That bag can be the difference between an easy night after work and twenty minutes cleaning up a mess.
