My cheese curds were burnt fried way too hard I didn’t like it and had to vomit after eating that specific cookout tray however I usually like cookout but every location is not equal. Sorry I don’t have a picture it was a late night and I got rid of the food after figuring out it later down the street as I drive away down the highway. Mom bacon cheese fries were perfect but not my cheese curds.

I come to cookout on my lunch break, when i pulled up there was 1 car in the left lane. Waited on them, fine, next car then the next car and the next car. Finally had to pull up and they proceeded to wait on the 2 cars behind me. So when i get to the window she did take my ordered but it seemed to be an issue and they put like 30 packets of ketchup in the bag for 1 corn dog like i was this huge inconvenience they tried to get out of the way

This looks like a new building. The service was not as fast as I’m used to from a Cookout. The food did come out lava hot though.

Very disappointed Went through drive thru and ordered a vanilla milkshake. I received a cup of vanilla ice cream. There's no way this was even attempted to have been mixed. This picture was taken after we ate some of the ice cream with a spoon.
