Ordered five meals, made it home to only find three in bag. Manager claimed they gave me two bags, and refuses to refund or replace items.
The tried and true. Tasty food, great prices, refreshing shakes made with the absolute best frosty textures. It's my ol' reliable. Never change, cookout.
The two times I’ve been have both been horrible experiences. Slow service and the food is never made correctly. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I love the franchise, but this particular restaurant always seems to have horrible customer service in the evenings. It’s 7:40pm on OCT 5, 2025 and the workers once again only have one drive-thru open. Atleast put a sign on there, so I don’t have to watch 4 cars pull up mins after I’ve been sitting there and now someone comes on and says can you please pull into lane 1. I guess that’s better than the usual which is watching 5 cars in lane 1 order, then they finally come over to lane 2.
