Are yall ok??!! I was on a trip and stopped for 2 large fries and hushpuppies. 30 min TRAPPED in the drive- thru. And after constantly correcting the girl repeating my simple order wrong (3 times) yall still gave me the wrong size fries and almost handed me the wrong order. I eat here all the time, the best Cookout I have been to. Great service and the people working are always moving quickly and providing excellent service. Lady working named Ashley looked like the manager and is always busting her tail to get orders out. Food is always hot and fresh! 100% recommended eating from this Cookout!
This place used to be fast and serve great food. Now it takes over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru every time I go regardless of how many people are in line. Please fix our Cook Out!
Can not get a milkshake that doesn't contain roach feces and roach body parts. I know from removing repairing the equipment there. Every time I remove a panel from a piece of kitchen equipment hundreds of roaches run everywhere. I had to be ready with my shopvac to try and vacuum them up as fast as possible before customers saw all the bugs.
