The food was okay. The chicken nuggets and strips were a bit hard. The menu board was out. Service was friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the 40 plus minutes wait for milkshakes. People who ordered their milkshakes after we ordered ours got theirs first. The milkshakes were not even right the first time!
Very poor service. Maybe they need new management?
"EVERYTHING IS AMAZING HERE!" - 5 year old daughter "I would rate Cook out a 9.5 on 10" Well, what could they do to earn a full 10? "Actually nevermind i rate them a 10." Great food, great value and an awesome first overall experience. Not to mention a Nascar connection as well, we got a Darlington/Cook Out STRIPE!
