Just went through the drive through at cookout in morehead ky. Looked at the menu price for 1 single order of chili cheese fries. Menu says $3.99 ok I order 1 order of chili cheese fries. Nothing more no drink. I get to window to pay my total is $6.31 ... why? I get my food look at the receipt it says 1 order of chili cheese fries and a water... water?
