honestly a hit or miss food always good but either the drive thru cashier wont understand you or they just always forget something i paid 24$ for 1 burger 2 corndogs and 2 fries 🤦♂️this is was was missing from the real order -another burger and the 2 sides of fries with it but i just let it slide i came back ordered 4 fries and just got 1‼️

I am enraged by my daughter and grandson’s experience at Cook out today. My grandson is 4 and autistic, and like most autistic kids, can’t sit still. They’ve been there multiple times and it has never been an issue. That changed today. See screenshot below of my daughter’s review. I work for a large school district in spec ed, and I cannot believe this happened. ATTENTION ALL AUTISTIC PARENTS. This location is not welcoming to autistic individuals. I was just inside eating and was told I had to make my autistic child stay in the seat so he didn’t cause someone else to slip on their wet floor and fall. Not sure how him walking around minding his own business would cause another person to slip and fall but if it wasn’t not for my son being with me I would have gone off on the old woman who made it clear we were not welcome there .
