First off ,I want to say I have to give praise to the general manager. I think his name was Will/William? I ordered a Cookout tray that (I thought) was a BBQ chicken sandwich and 2 sides of fries. I got a pork BBQ sandwich with fries. I didn't realize they had both. Well I told the cashier and I suppose she told Will. Still near terrible....Last time we went to leland location we got served frozen cheese bites...how appetizing..Last nite we we to leland Cook out after playing pickleball..8 adults and it was horrible..soggy buns cold fries, bad customer service. I think I will stick to the Uncw Cook out, the quality is suppior
