Mess up my order every time I go here. Kid laughs and said there is nothing they can do about me having to drive all the way back. Maybe they should check the order before they send it out. Or refund order when you have to drive all the way back. Why should it cost the customer for there mistake. Cookout in Leland is a joke.
Everything on the menu is customizable you can add or remove almost anything to anything. I love me some cookout I've tried almost everything and I have never had a problem with anything. Staff is always wonderful dining area and bathroom is always clean. Food is always hot n fresh.
The absolute worst customer service. Drive to Wilmington.
My boyfriend and I are frequent Cookout goers. We get the same thing every single time. Some nights it’s decent and fast, but most nights, tonight being one, it was slow, and very inconsistent. My boyfriend ordered a 2 chicken quesadilla tray with cheese fries and hush puppies as his 2 sides (like he does sometimes 3 times a week) and we’ve never been done wrong.
