If you can find a time when the college kids don't have it backed out into the street, you can get your food very quick.
Actually one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. I've been twice now and both times the worker taking orders were incredibly rude for no reason. They are so bothered by you being there especially if you order food for more than 2 people. I wouldn't go back due to the employees. But the food was good.
I’m not usually one to write bad reviews and always looking for something to compliment an establishment on but this is ridiculous. I waited almost 15 mins in the drive thru, got my order, and when o received it they skimped me on everything. I got a DBL burger tray with cheese bites and chicken nuggets and they gave me 4 cheese bite that would barely fit in the coin slot of a vending machine, and a singular chicken nugget. 🤦♂️
Used to love cookout...the BBQ sandwich was so full of pepper I could not eat it..my order was wrong..I ordered fries and onion rings and got only fries. My husband's big burger was alot smaller than it used to be . Shrinkflation I guess. Disappointing nonetheless. Flavor was not as good as it used to be either.
Food is great, I love cookout. However, staff at this specific location was extremely rude and we had to have our order fixed twice.
