Told me his walk up window "machine" computer wasn't working, sends me thru the drive through line on my motorcycle instead of, walking 3 feet to put the order in... no cars were there, 1 or 2 all ready waiting for food... simple problem couldn't figure it out .

I always Go to the one in Leland and was just getting off work from doing a longer shift. I decided I wanted cook out. My fries were so OLD, COLD and Disgusting. Then on the bag it says to call the number for non satisfactory and no one answers. And you can’t call the store when you live way in Leland. Terrible they should NOT serve what they would not eat themselves!
I've never had a bad experience till tonight not only was the employee who took our order so rude and had and attitude like he was man at customers coming to the location then our entire order was wrong and my boyfriend had ordered two burgers and didn't even get them and the one that I got was so disgusting it was falling apart and they had put so much chili and coleslaw on a burger that wasn't supposed to have it in the tray that I ordered it was disgusting like I can't even need to smell it's nasty and then didn't even pu... read more
