They move so slow… If everybody get off their phone, they can actually focus on the customers and getting the food out the window. I literally stood at the outside window for about 20 minutes and then when I got my food, it was cold. I will never be back again

Ok, Cook out franks are ridiculous i know it's a recession but come on dude. Literally I opened up the bun cuz I didn't see the frank. I look inside i see one line of mustard 1 line of ketchup n 1 line of a hot dog this hot dog was so boney n skinney buried in the bread. I couldnt believe it. I figured I try the place to give a good update but this is pure foolishness. Never again it was skinned n dry. Drive thru speaker is better costomer care better. Who do you have placing the letters on your front sign? Last week they could not spell chicken. They spelled it chichen. This week the sign says come get your "trey".... stop hiring ignorant people. Jesus Christian it's amazing All of your employees and the store manager cannot seem to spell a 4 letter word right. Why would I trust you to make my food correctly if they can't even spell a 4 letter word correctly?

Absolutely horrible they keep getting my order wrong everytime I go there I'm so upset.
