i usually am satisfied with my food at cookout, but here recently this location needs better workers. it’s crazy how i ordered something simple as a tray and told them my sides and drink. but soon as i get to the window and pay im only handed a single item which was one of the sides. i told the worker i ordered a full tray just for him to kind of catch attitude and then im handed a tray with only the main item inside. i didnt bother to argue with any of them, cause its clear they already dont understand. lol.
