This Gastonia, NC location is the first cookout I've been to where they had fast and efficient service, all of my food came out hot (with the exception of a room temperature chicken quesadilla) and the serving sizes were not small. I guess going in the middle of the lunch rush helped.
Parking lot and grounds were a trash pit. Looked like raccoons had drug trash all over the parking lot and all over. Food was mediocre at best, service was SLOW, and they didn't give any straws. Then when I walked to the window to ask for straws one kid just stood there the entire time, didn't lift a finger to help me, the 2 girls at the windows or anything. Finally after the young lady filled 2 cups of tea, took an order and handed it out the window she came to see what I needed. Do better. Didn't see anyone in charge.

Disrespectful! “Whatchu want” is not a proper way to speak to people. And rushing me by asking twice as fast as you can. If my husband says thank you and you shut the window in his face, you’re rude. I’d love to give you the name of the person but they weren’t wearing a name tag. He said thank you to this person three times, with getting a window slammed in his face. I don’t get it, if you hate your job, leave it.
