The drive-thru speaker is the worst I've ever heard. Could not understand half of what was said, and there is no display to confirm they are getting your order correct (which unsurprisingly they do not)
The family recently visited a restaurant on the main drive leading into the university. I had heard great things about their burgers, so I decided to give them a try. To our surprise, the burgers and fries were absolutely delicious! The dining area could use a bit of cleaning, but that’s easily fixable. I’ve given this place two chances, and both times I was met with the same poor treatment—if not worse the second time. The staff are consistently impolite and dismissive. On my last visit, the person at the drive-through refused to respond to my questions (for example, I asked if my drink was the small size I ordered, since I was clearly handed a large, but she just looked at me up and down and said nothing).
