I have seen this restaurant go from the top fast food restaurant when it first opened to sub par at best. The food is always hot and is good for what it is. The customer service though is a whole other story especially in the drive thru. They are rude 90% of the time and if you try to correct them on what you ordered (and they rang in incorrectly), you're the problem and you're talked about in another language. God bless the cookout of Blacksburg. Stoners, drunkards, and burnt out students unite! We all find common ground at the late-night backlit sign and speaker of cookout. Tonight our decorated warriors of cheese bite slinging, cheerwine endorsing knights have once again given me hope for tomorrow. My girlfriend and I would have given into the bitter cold and starvation of early Spring snows if it weren't for our noble defenders of hunger's plight. Thank you all for your service to this nation.
