Today was my first visit. We went throught drive through I felt rushed and was very dissatisfied with the customer service. The window cashier just threw the salt and pepper in our hand. Very rude and unprofessional. Probably won’t be back
They get a 4 solely for being open sooo late. Noone else is.
Oddly slow but maybe it was because of a holiday weekend.
Worst experience I've ever had at a cookout. I go frequently and have never had such slow service. Not only did it take fully half an hour to get TWO cars thru the drive thru, but the people working were unkind, impatient, and just rude. They got my order wrong and didn't care. The food was cold. Will never go to this cookout again.
The lady working the drive through was short, sassy, and rude. We went through the drive through with the intent of getting “fast” food it took at least 30 minutes to get the food and when it did come it was cold. The people working were moving at a pace rivaling the speed of a snail on niquil. And while i get that people don’t wanna work I’ve seen my dead grandma move faster. The slowest and worst service i have ever gotten at a restaurant the food was terrible but the service worse.
