They really need to fix their line situation. If you guys can’t efficiently take orders and not have people waiting over 40 minutes for cookout then don’t have two lines! Their cashiers are inefficient and slow!
The kitchen knows what's up. Food is always great, but the service is abysmal
The service is terrible. I went the other night and got handed the wrong order then I went back and had to wait 35 mins in line to get the correct food instead of them remaking it I get handed my order that was sitting on the shelf cold. I then asked for a fork, and they handed me a spoon. the workers here can't read clearly. They won't be getting my business anymore!!
Food was alright but service was terrible and rude!
