I’ve always loved Cook Out, but this location was disappointing. I ordered a burger with cheese through the drive-through, and even though the cashier repeated it back correctly, the burger came without cheese. We made a u-turn to have it fixed, and the cook insisted I never asked for cheese and wanted me to pay 70 cents extra... Dealing with their mistake was frustrating, and I don’t feel this location values customer service. I’ll be going to other Richmond Cook Out locations in the future. Never to this location again.
