The service was quick, the food was fresh and the banana pudding milkshake was SO good! The restaurant was very clean and well kept, which made the experience even better. What really made the visit top notch though was the staff. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and attentive. They truly have a great crew and it shows! We’ll definitely be back when visiting Savannah.
Staff was very nice, fast, and efficient. Food was hot and ready very quickly. Restaurant was clean. Milkshakes were very good.
Normally they are pretty decent, today was a huge miss. The restaurant messed up my order and added multiple items to my burger that were not requested. Maybe they got mine mixed with someone else's from off the line? I had to throw it away because I couldn't scrape off the extra cheese and Mayo (items I didn't request when ordering toppings). Ordered from drive through, got home and realized the sandwich was messed up.
Extremely rude customer service from the staff at the window. Eye rolls aren’t needed when asking for a straw or the drink that was paid for and they failed to remember to make. Do better please.
