I walked in and walked up to the register to order said “Hello” and no response, the lady looked miserable. I began to order and when she couldn’t hear me it was “what? What?”instead of “I’m sorry?” Or “could you repeat that?”. I said “Thank you!” Again at the end of my order, no response, she continued to look like she hated life, and when the cook came out I said thank you again to the cook, no response. Zero stars for customer service. Can they please slow down and speak clearly when taking orders through the drive thru?

The food is alright but the portions are all to small. Ordered a tray double cheese burger (tiny burger), onion rings (got three onion rings) and a ranch wrap (a wilted piece of lettuce and barely any ranch for the chicken) with the gaint sweet tea (no ice was added). This has happened to me twice already. You have to yell into the speaker or they cant hear you properly. The only positive feedback is some of the staff are nice.
