Waited for over an hour for food on a Wednesday night with 2 kids…. My husband left without food because they said they “lost” the order- TWICE. Then he had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to figure out how to refund him. Worst experience ever.
Took 50 minutes for two burger platters that we never received. Didn’t even order shakes. People who had shakes were waiting longer. They were giving food out around our order of the same stuff.
I hate to give a bad review, but tonight’s experience was terrible. After 30 minutes of waiting for our dine-in order, I brought it to the attention of staff. I was told they “lost” our order ticket. 20 minutes later we still do not have our order and other orders placed after ours were coming out. We got a refund and left empty-handed after an hour of waiting. We went out for a late night food run and this was one of the available places open past midnight. It's our very first time giving this place a try. The lady at the drive thru was so patient with us and even gave us a menu to take home to look at it more. We got the regular burger/steak style and he got the big double burger/cheddar. The burgers are FIRE!!! Literally we were mindblown and the cook out sauce is made for the burgers. Makes the flavor 100x better!!
