I had already set in line for a long time which I didn't mind bc I was like my food is always right nope it wasn't..The order taker was rude and rushing me to order and than no greeting at the window just gave me my total no thank you have a good night nothing and they forgot my corn dog out my box im like I didn't get nothing complicated at all.... Service just really sucked wasn't worth the wait at all

It is 33 degrees feeling like 26 degrees and this restaurant have the audacity to have a young girl standing outside with a phone on speaker taking orders due to their speakers being down!!! I hope management see this!! DO BETTER AND HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION a sign saying pull up to the window would’ve been just fine! she’s not even prepared to be standing in this weather smh thin jacket no hate nor gloves !! — at The Cookout.

Well, this isn't how I expected my dinner to go. As you can see I ordered a grilled chicken tray with fries. The receipt says HONEY MUSTARD but obviously the photo doesn't show that. I got a SPICY sandwich I couldn't eat and I'm on my way to work a 12 hour shift so going back is not an option. It's already hard enough to get in the place let alone go back. And my fries were hot but just a limp as the lettuce. Happy New Year.
