Best food I've had. I can see why is called cookout. The burgers feel that way and it's a cozy time with every bite. All the food we had was delicious. Onion rings, hush puppies, Cajun fries and white cheddar cheese curds. It was all deep fried, and crunchy. Bonus points it is not greasy!!!! We got combo meals and up graded to a shake which was also amazing, so many flavor options to choose from. We left very full and extra extra happy with our experiance. The cashier was patient, polite and helpful
I had the worst experiences ordering at this cookout location. It was 3:00 in the morning and the cashier Damia berated us on the loudspeaker and told us to go eat somewhere else because we were having trouble with ordering off the menu and doing combo deals. It was probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever had and I will not be going back to this location again or any cookout for that matter. Always liked this cookout location. The food service industry isn't easy, but the workers at this location are always hustling, taking orders and getting food out. I can respect that. Food is always good and warm.
No complaints about the food but the service is disrespectful. Lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. When I called to just let the manager know she just enabled her employees behavior. The manager also didn’t care for what I had to say she kept talking over me just to justify her employee. I was trying to explain the fact that I asked for a large her employee told me that was a larger.
