I wish I could give no stars at all! I've just come back from the Cookout in Lebanon,TN. I ordered the double quesadilla tray with double cheddar bites. There was a hair fried onto one of the cheddar bites(it wasn't mine because my hair is tightly wrapped in a ponytail and pinned up with hairspray and hair gel).. I showed it to the cashier and she says that she will remake it for me. I then asked can I at least receive extra cheddar bites or even a free meal? The food here is always good. Seasonal milkshakes are . Watermelon in summer and eggnog in winter. They are open late also which is good
Well, I ordered the big double burger with mayonnaise, mustard, jalapeños, lettuce and tomatoes tray with onion rings and cole slaw. Well I got 5 little, over cooked onion rings. And instead of jalapeño on my burger I got green bell pepper. The provided no spoon or forks and didnt give us straw with our drinks. Horrible experience. I will not be back
Cos it's great when they get the drive thru orders correct.
