Food is good...when they get the order right. The employees don't seem to care at all. I like to order the beef quesadillas, but more times than not, they give me chicken. They also forget to give you part of your order sometimes. I forgive a restaurant/fast food place for an occasional mistake, but it's pretty much every time with Cookout.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the girl working the drive-thru window at the Monroe, NC Cook Out around 9:40 PM. She had a bun with an orange scrunchie and treated us like we were stupid for simply asking for ketchup for a corn dog. When we asked for a refund, she acted like it was the most outrageous thing she’d ever heard—slumped over dramatically, yelled for a manager, and literally shut the window in our faces like we weren’t worth her time.
