Been coming to this location for years at least once a week until the last couple of months. They have a new employee that makes each experience horrible!!! She is rude and always gets my order wrong from size of drink to the actual drink that was ordered, I always have to get out of my car and go up to the window after using the “convenience” of the drive thru as I’m typically in a hurry. Chloe on nightshift needs a raise good quality service!
I had to wait 30 mins for 3 freaking milkshakes and in the end I got a refund. Service is absolutely horrible. The workers whisper when they talk to you when it’s loud behind you ordering and also got a bad attitude. I was not in the drive through, I was standing at the window.
Can’t go wrong with a CookOut burger, always brings back childhood memories of a family grill out with burgers over charcoal grill and wrapped in foil 😎
